How to Stay Healthy and Safe during Pandemic

It takes a lot of courage to stay fit while at home, making sure you and your family are safe. This situation might be challenging, but if you have a goal, everything is possible. Here are some tips on how to stay healthy while being safe during a pandemic.

  1. Drink 8 -10 glasses of water a day - being hydrated will give you more energy to do more household chores. 
  1. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day - shake your body for at least 30 minutes per day to burn unnecessary fats and have a positive outlook in life.
  1. Eat more fruits - this will give you a healthy glow and a healthy body. Eating healthy food like fruits will help you sustain happy thoughts.
  1. Spread positivity - we must stay away from stress. Limit social media interaction to avoid being stressed out with fake news.

  2. Be alert with your surroundings - limit your interaction with other people outside your immediate family members; This will keep you and your family safe during a pandemic situation.

  3. Think of positive thought - always look at the situation as an opportunity for you and your family to bond. Think like it is an additional vacation leave for you.

  4. Always disinfect common areas - during a pandemic, the virus may remain active on untreated surfaces for an extended period, thus keeping all areas clean and sanitize will make you and your family safe. 

Always remember staying at home is not a hindrance for you to be active while being safe. Stay hopeful but be helpful. Remember that this situation is not permanent and that you will be back in action soon!
