Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, brand new, un-opened, and unused items still in its original packaging and with the original labels, may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.  

We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with a return or an exchange.

If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition within 30 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s).  

In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately at 1-877-954-3343 or email us at info@kiddiecollection.com so that we can make it right!  In cases of defective merchandise, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.  

A Return Authorization number is required for all returns so please contact us by phone or e-mail to request an RA# before shipping a product back to us.  

Products that are returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

How is my refund calculated for a returned item?  

There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all returned items including packages that are returned to sender due to being undeliverable.  For items that have free shipping, the refund issued will be calculated by deducting the actual price we paid for shipping to you, from the total price you paid for your item (purchase price - actual shipping costs incurred = your refund). 

Please note that if your item had free shipping, we will only refund the cost of the item less the actual shipping charges we incurred to ship the item to you.

We normally do not accept returns of open merchandise or merchandise missing tags, even if they are unused as we only sell perfectly brand new items with all the original packaging and ticketing intact.  If you would still like to return an open that has been open or is missing the tag, we will offer a 50% refund provided that the item is in unused condition.
